Advanced Beauty Labs offers partial turnkey partnership to support product development needs from custom formulation to finished goods. Our facility is ISO certified, cGMP certified, FDA registered and OTC licensed. We are conveniently located in Hamilton, NJ.
WHO WE ARE
We are family-owned and operated under Salvona Technologies. Salvona Technologies was founded in 1998 by MIT and Harvard scientists Drs. Sam and Adi Shefer, who established a proprietary platform for drug delivery systems. Salvona manufacturers proprietary technologies to encapsulate cosmetics, OTC and prescription pharmaceutical actives. Salvona holds 100+ patent claims for time, triggered and targeted release delivery systems.
Advanced Beauty Labs was founded in 2016 specializing in product development and formulation. We deliver technology-based products where innovation meets unique textures and novel, skin-friendly ingredients to advance the science of skincare.
FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT

Advanced Beauty Labs has highly experienced formulation scientists on staff to collaborate on the latest trends. We understand what it takes to create products for unmatched efficacy and an amazing customer experience. Advanced Beauty Labs offers custom formulation development utilizing Salvona's proprietary delivery systems alongside the latest, most innovative and high-quality ingredients to create leading first-to-market products.
We formulate alcohol-free with GRAS materials and emphasize skin-friendly and safe ingredients. We are able to provide formulas that meet clean, natural, vegan, cruelty-free and leaping bunny qualifications. Our in-house regulatory team ensures that we only use materials to fit whatever certifications needed.
Quality Control
We want to ensure the highest quality products for our customers. Our in-house microbiologist and quality control team complete analytical and microbiological testing on all inbound and outbound materials to guarantee all production and lab batches are up to our quality standards.
OUR FACILITY
Manufacturing
Our ISO, cGMP compliant and FDA registered facility is managed by our highly qualified team of engineers and compounders who follow strict manufacturing practices to deliver the highest quality products. We have automated and semi-automated production lines with capabilities for both liquids of varying viscosities and hot pour products.
Sustainability
We at Advanced Beauty Labs are very proud of our continued efforts in sustainability and going greener. Currently, our offices and manufacturing spaces are 50% solar powered. To be as efficient as possible, our development, manufacturing, filling, and assembly are all under one roof to minimize transportation between facilities to decrease our carbon footprint. We also manufacture using cold processing for less energy usage and minimal carbon emissions. Our commitment towards going greener includes auto lights throughout our offices, going paperless, hand dryers in all bathrooms, and, of course, recycling papers and plastics.
